Please read our refund carefully before using Our Service.
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
You may return or exchange eligible purchases within 14 days of receipt of delivery for a refund or exchange, if you are not satisfied with your purchase. All returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee and customer is responsible for cost of shipping returns or exchanges.
Before returning items, please email us at contact@taliaferrodesign.com with your order number, the reason for your return. Kindly provide photos of the item.
Customers are responsible for costs related to shipping returns/exchanges.
Refunds will be credited to the same card that was used for purchase.
All sale items, special orders, wallpaper, custom upholstery, custom bedding, custom pillows, roller shades, custom drapery or other custom window coverings are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Sale items are FINAL SALE.
Should you try to purchase something and we cannot fulfill your order we will contact you within 24-48 hours and provide a full refund.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Taliaferro Design will only accept unused merchandise in its original packaging – we cannot accept any products that are returned damaged, used or soiled. Upon return, your item will be inspected, and a refund will be issued for products that meet these expectations.
CLAIMS
If your item arrives damaged, you must keep the shipping box and contact us within 24-48 hours at contact@taliaferrodesign.com for further instructions.
